Job Purpose: As a Risk Management Coordinator
at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a
multitude of duties to assist in monitoring and evaluating the
provision of care/services to ensure operational integrity and
efficiency.
Job Functions
Daily monitoring of Aspire DVR systemsTimely leadership
notification of potentially adverse situationsDaily documentation
as to dates/timeframes and system identifiable information of all
footage/live feed footage reviewedClearly and correctly document
incident related observations in the Event Management System
(EMS)Prepare and provide regular reports to program leadership and
various committees as requiredSupport the Risk Management
Department daily operationsMost importantly, all functions must be
completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and
professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and
procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
Level II Background clearanceAcceptable Motor Vehicle Registration
driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting
guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.Bachelor's degree
preferredBasic computer skills including Microsoft 365
applicationsComfortable in a fast passed environmentStrong
interpersonal skills with clear communicationOrganizational and
time management skillsAbility to clearly and correctly document
observationsAbility to view video footage for extended periods of
timeTeam player
