Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management to
develop and implement employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development
strategy aligned with company goals
Design and oversee leadership development programs, including
training and mentoring initiatives
Measure the effectiveness of development programs and provide
insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources,
Learning, Organizational Development, or Business
Administration
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent management with a
proven track record in leadership development
Strong understanding of management development and succession
planning methodologies
Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading corporate professionals
and cross-functional teams
Certification in talent management or related fields is
preferred
