Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Security Engineer
(PHP) to join their Product Security team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build security capabilities for the MediaWiki
platform
Mentor and lead a security development team while reviewing and
deploying security features
Collaborate with other development teams on safe architectural and
implementation choices
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on
security
Proficiency in modern, object-oriented PHP code
Experience developing secure software or security-related product
features
Familiarity with Linux command line for web application development
and deployment
Experience with anti-abuse mechanisms such as CAPTCHA and bot
detection is preferred
