Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Development Advisor to support
health plan operations and compliance related to Medicare,
Medicaid, TRICARE, and Employer Group products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for product implementation, operations, and
contract compliance
Serve as the primary resource on regulations for assigned health
plans
Advise executives on functional strategies and maintain
relationships with regulators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 - 5 years of experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Employer Group
operations
3 - 5 years managing large scale projects and cross-functional
teams
Success in developing working relationships within a highly
matrixed business environment
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving
consumer experiences
