Job Description:
A company is looking for a Test Lead to oversee and manage
software testing activities and ensure quality assurance standards
are met.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance efforts and manage test engineering team
activities
Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and execute
testing strategies
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and
coordinate communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
7-10 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality
assurance
Knowledge of JIRA, Test Management Tools, Katalon, Selenium,
Cucumber, and Gherkin
Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Iterative
Development)
Experience with Test-Driven Development and/or Behavioral Driven
Development
