Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Specialist to support
their largest customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
Define and negotiate complex contractual terms to enhance customer
relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements
and ensure timely commitments
Maintain and report an accurate 90-day forecast of renewals while
identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in contract administration, renewals
management, or related fields
3+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers in a
high growth technology company
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Communications, or a related
field or equivalent experience
Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is preferred
Knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows is advantageous
