teams utilizing Agile software development principles to create and
deliver software applications that meet business, client, and
company goals.What you will be doing?
- Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client
goals.
- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem
statements and convert them into user stories.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly
understandable to development teams.
- Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products.
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user
stories, refines stories with Scrum teamsWhat you will need:
- 2-5 years of recent experience in Deposit Operations and/or
Lending Operations
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Requires experience with and knowledge of the various facets of
bank statement and notice creation and a high-level understanding
of related regulations.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems
development environment experience are preferred
- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and
people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical
and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
(e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)Bonus if you

committed to providing its employees with an exciting career
opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this
full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position
based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range,
actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors,
including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or
training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual
individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about
the specific salary range for your preferred location during the
