Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to
lead and develop HR operations and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the human resources employee life cycle to enhance
attraction, retention, and development of staff
Direct talent acquisition, retention strategies, and streamline
recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage total rewards programs, HRIS implementation, and ensure
compliance with HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business
Administration required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a
supervisory role
Experience in managed care or healthcare settings and/or local or
state government preferred
Senior-level HR certification (SPHR or SCP) is highly desired
Experience leading HR through significant organizational changes
such as mergers or acquisitions
