Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities and staff to enhance operational
efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute
software solution strategies
Design and implement standardized processes to align with
enterprise standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
experience
4+ years of related operations and/or IT experience, preferably in
healthcare
Strong understanding of relational database concepts
Experience with report and/or query development
Previous experience in a lead role or managing cross-functional
teams on large-scale projects
